Fine Hand-crafted  Products

Craft work is a relaxing way to unwind and allows me to express my creativity.  In addition to the products displayed on this web page, I also work with silk flowers for weddings and events.  However, in recent years, the products that I have in regular supply are the kahilis, products for pets and pendulums.  To order or inquire about any product, email me at etabe@manaoio.com.

2020 Animal Blessings

Mahalo to all of you who have sent well wishes and positive energy to me!  Your thoughtfulness and kindness has sustained me and continues to be an important part of my healing process.

I would love to organize and host the 4th annual New Year’s Animal Blessing at Hawaii Doggie Bakery with Kahu Kalehua Featheran, but don’t have quite enough energy to do it yet for this coming year.  While the blessing ceremony will not be held in January 2020, I will have 2020 Blessed Collar Glams, Hawaii Doggie Bakery’s Blessed Chicken and Poi Bones, the Ti Leaf Kia’i or a remote blessing available for sale online to people who would like blessed items to start off the Year of the Metal Rat.  Pick up will be at Hawaii Doggie Bakery around the third week of January; you may also bring back previous years Kia’i to Hawaii Doggie Bakery and I will collect them and properly dispose of them for you.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERING:  Friday, January 17, 2020

You may pick up your order at Hawaii Doggie Bakery in Manoa (East Manoa and Lowrey) from Monday, January 20 to Sunday, January 26.  If you would like the products mailed to you, there is a $5 shipping and handling charge that will be added to your order.

PRODUCTS FOR PETS

YARN LEIS

Yarn leis are comfortable for the pet to wear and come in a wide range of colors or combinations of colors, with sizes from small (11 inches long) to extra large (22 inches long).  Typically, there is a kukui nut on each end and a ribbon long enough for tying around the pet’s neck.  If your pet is still young and in the chewing on objects stage, or if you have a pet who just likes to gnaw on things, only allow them to wear the lei under adult human supervision.  Order through this website by emailing me at etabe@manaoio.com and provide size (measure around your pet’s neck), color and when you need the lei and I will contact you to complete the order.  If you need a lei immediately, visit Hawaii Doggie Bakery in Manoa (East Manoa Road and Lowrey Avenue) or call them at 808-783-7390 to check on availability; they carry all 4 sizes of leis in a variety of colors.

HAKU LEIS

Haku leis are made with silk leaves and flowers.  They are fairly comfortable for the pet to wear and have two ribbon strands on each side; one which goes in front of the ear and ties under the chin and another that goes behind the ear and ties under the chin, to keep the haku lei secure.  They also come in a wide range of colors or combinations of colors.  Typically, the florals are for females and the leafy design is for males.  Sizes range from extra small (approximately 2-1/2 inches diameter to large (approximately 4.75 inches).  If your pet is still young and in the chewing on objects stage, or if you have a pet who just likes to gnaw on things, only allow them to wear the lei under adult human supervision as the haku leis are tied to a wire center.  Order through this website by emailing me at etabe@manaoio.com and provide size, color and when you need the lei and I will contact you to complete the order.  If you need a lei immediately, visit Hawaii Doggie Bakery in Manoa (East Manoa Road and Lowrey Avenue) or call them at 808-783-7390 to check on availability; they carry all sizes of leis in a variety of colors.

PENDULUMS

A pendulum is a weight hung from a fixed point so that the weight can swing freely.  In animal communication, some practitioners use it to get “yes” and “no” responses to questions that they ask of animals.  If you’d like to learn the basics of working with a pendulum, go to my Facebook page - go to Videos and find “Using a Pendulum to Communicate with Animals”.  Email at etabe@manaoio.com and I’ll send you the pendulums currently available for sale and their prices.

KIA’I (GUARD) FOR PROTECTION

Made with aloha from the ti leaf, which is often used in Hawaii for blessings and good luck, this Kia’i may be placed in your wallet, personal belonging or in your car.  It has been infused with positive energy, with the intention that it be used for your best and highest good.  This Kia’i will dry nicely and may be kept for a long time.  When ready to dispose of it, return it to nature, into the ocean or forest, but NOT into a rubbish container.  There will be a “BLESSED” charm and a second charm identifying your pet can be added at no additional charge.  Currently available are dog paws with “Best Friend” engraved on it, cat, rooster, pig with a heart, and horse shoes.  Priced at $10.
